PAYMENT POLICY
1. An advance of $250 is required the day of your session. This will be a credit when you are ready to place your order.
2. 75% of the balance of your order must be paid before your order will be processed.
3. Your balance is due in full prior to picking up your order or within 30 days of notification of completion of your finished order.
4. Finance charges on all completed orders not paid in full within 30 days of notification will be charged 1 1/2% interest per month.
5. Finished orders are usually completed in 4-6 weeks.

WHY WE COPYRIGHT OUR PORTRAITS
In 1976 the Federal Government passed a law making it illegal to copy materials protected by copyright. These materials include items such as music, books, and professionally created photographs. The Portraits you have entrusted us to create specifically for you are made by the finest craftsmen in the industry. Our studio invests heavily in training and education to provide our clients with the highest level of photography anywhere - and this high quality found in each of your portraits cannot be duplicated or copied without it suffering a loss of sharpness, color and clarity. Since such a loss would reflect poorly on the reputation of our work, Adamson Studio has reserved the copyright on each portrait we create. Although it is illegal to make copies, we do retain your original electronic and negative images on file from which additional images can be made to our exact specifications. You will be assured of the highest quality and you won't be breaking the law.
